Bacon Mince Cheese Pasta

Bacon Mince Cheese Pasta

I used some of my already cooked meats to make a yummy pasta.

250g Mince (already cooked)
3-4 Rashers of Bacon (already cooked)
250ml Pasta (any type)
3 tbsp. Butter/Margarine - I mixed margerine and some garlic butter
1 tbsp. Margerine
½ cup Flour
Spices
1 Cup Cheese
Tin of creamed mushrooms
2 Cups Milk
½ Cup Red wine

Sauce
Start by melting the margerine mix in a big saucepan, once completely melted, add the flour and spices. Mix well.
Add half of the milk. Mix well.
Add the mushrooms. Mix well.
Add the cheese and the rest of the milk.
Mix all very well.

Meat
In another saucepan melt the clean butter, fry the mince and bacon.
Add 1/2 cup red wine.
Mix in the sauce with the meat and mix well. Leave to simmer.

Mix in the sauce with the pasta.
Serve hot.
